MUSIC'S EVOLUTION

Μusic is "a language that has no borders" and it unites people. Music is the cornerstone of any civilization and it builds bridges between people with different cultures. Nowadays all people regardless of the country the live incorporate music in their lives almost daily.But man as a strange being often wonders how the music will evolve in the future.So according to data of the present we can conclude to how music will be in the future.

The evolution of technology has long been invaded in the development of the music industry with the assistance of computers, instruments and sounds. New genres created by small bands, replace guitars and analog instruments from digital devices with features , often are compared with up to entire orchestras.

A new way of listening to music is through streaming.Artists will be paid based on the repetition of the hearings of the track and not based on the initial sale. This encourages the production of remarkable albums, of which the songs will be heard many many times, and therefore the rights  creators receive will be more.So we can assume that the quality of the music will rise much in the future something that makes us all  look forward to using more streaming services like spotify.



A new innovation in music technology is " Youtube 360".You didn't attend  the Coachella festival? You were not able to get to Glastonbury? Do not worry, YouTube has thought about you. Supporting video 360 by March 2015, YouTube has now added the ability to 'stream' amazing videos with unique sound to 360 degrees.Through wearing VR technology headphones and browsing on your screen, you will be ableto turn your head right and left through 360 degrees of the YouTube platform, and have the same acoustics that you would have if you were really there ( if you turn your head back the sound will be reduced a little) .Of course this will not stop the world from going in live concerts, but as the technology improves we will be able to watch a concert with a more intresting way  from our  living room without even having to be there.



  A new research program in the US, called MUSICA (Musical Improvising Collaborative Agent), aims to bring on stage musicians and robots that will interact so perfect that they can improvise together. The project aims to explore new ways in which people can come into contact with interactive robots without verbal communication. . So we can understand that in the future the music will not onlybe a human occupation but the technology will be directly connected with it.


  It is therefore obvious that  music in the future will be determined according to the evolution of technology.I hearing will be accessible to everyone and with the new ways of evaluations the quality will get better.Also,we can watch musical performances wherever we are through the screen of our mobile phone and the feeling is almost same as to being in person there.Robots and technological programs will assist up to production of music .So, we only have to wait for all of them to get  in our lives and change completely the music of today.
